It's that time of year when the focus is on staying well, avoiding illness... Every year, my kid's schools have a Valentine's Day dance and every year, my daughter misses it resentfully due to illness. There is no question in my mind that SLEEP is one of the most important factors in my success as a voice talent, a business owner, and as a parent. While a good night's rest may be obvious for success in parenting, and in general, as a person who works with my voice, it's absolutely key.
