A stranger asked me for my expertise the other day…that is, a follower on Twitter whom I'd never personally met. The written word can be so beautifully expressive, entertaining, and educational. However, the spoken word, and even non-verbal communication, can add so much more intent to a conversation, something that is glaringly missing in email … or even in a script.
